Seems that the executive director of the Washington State Potat0 Commission went taters up, and ate only spuds for 60 days.
He survived.
Thrived, even.
Like he says, probably not the next fad diet... but be sure to contradict others (e.g., a here-unnamed First Lady) who seem to think that potatoes are fundamentally unhealthy.
